I wouldn't say a lot, and you have to remember being neuro divergent is more common in IT than in the general population. But I'm not surprised when I see a colleague using them. Or weed, shroom micro-dosing, etc.

It's also a thing in the video game competitive scene. Crazy to think looking at a screen can require juicing.

Few days late to the post; was surprised to see no comment for this beautiful and honest article.

I'm pretty sure you ARE on of those (come see me having to sometimes Google the most basic syntax of something I want to write), but the fact that you're humble enough to say you're not comparable to "those guys", I personally really admire that attitude (I try to be like that myself, but for me, it's mostly the [sad] truth)
